两款顶级台茶对冲(内含正宗福寿农场长春茶)
介绍下它吧,在台湾高山茶中,顶级品有政府退辅会下福寿农场出品的长春茶,一般大家都认识的是台湾种植最普遍的青心乌龙。但我这次show的是它的武夷茶种,但不知道具体什么品种了。一般来说,闽北和台湾的武夷茶发酵都很高,这样才能去涩,但由于福寿农场2600米高,茶青涩感少,所以最终我这长春武夷茶的发酵比长春乌龙茶的还低。具体来说,乌龙茶是花果香的,武夷就是花香的。基本上,除非105.5k茶园这种顶级的大禹岭,否者不要和福寿农场出的长春茶比品质了。这次我用农场最便宜的(最差的?不一定)和私人茶厂种几乎最顶级的PK下,呵呵。

好了,下面我用它和福寿农场外的私人福寿山来对冲,腐败一会。对了,它们叶子太大,我是用普通碗来泡的,不然舒展不了。下面,1号是福寿山茶农的青心乌龙,2号是福寿农场的武夷茶。

入口,1号汤质软滑,滋味硬朗。带青心乌龙的品种香,有乌龙特有的腻味,滋味马上开化,入舌根下咽喉。喉韵明显持久,过后的舒服劲延续一小时以上。同时汤香很明显,茶香入水,协调好。2号汤质软滑但果胶非常明显,同时滋味清新。有武夷的品种香(就是肉桂,水仙都共有那种),不腻、带野性清爽味,滋味快速开化,入舌根略下咽喉。喉韵相对较弱。汤香明显,茶香融水,协调很好。
总的来说,1号胜在喉韵和汤香的浓强上,2号胜在整体协调所带来的迷人口感。
不行了,这茶非常耐泡,各3克茶就搞定了1升多水,口感下降不明显,特别是2号,没感觉~~我要出去逛街了,回来再泡~~~ 呵呵,支持一下哈 发贴看看自己积分 写得好啊 估计有马甲 看贴回复是好习惯
